Sam “Chief” Wilkinson is a retired athletic trainer and assistant athletic director at Louisiana Tech University, serving for over three decades. He previously worked with the Houston Astros, spring training organizations, and international baseball programs. Wilkinson was inducted into the Louisiana Tech Athletics Hall of Fame in 2025 for his lifelong contributions to sports and athlete development.
