One of the reasons is because they can't be happy for extended periods of time and they tend to get jealous and resentful of those people that can be. Why do narcissists hate you family and friends?
Firstly, NOT ALL NARCISSISTS hate your family and friends, but for those that do there are a few different reasons behind it.
