Be Kind To Yourself w. Muhammad Saahir, LMHC | #167

Muhammad is a licensed mental health counselor and owner of The Blue Sofa Counseling. He shares what inspired him to become a counselor along with his personal experiences of managing his mental health. He also offers some simple and sustainable ways we can promote our mental health and be our best selves.

The underlying theme of this episode is the importance of being kind to yourself.
