Change the meaning of your triggers... for good.

Something happens. You make a decision based on that. For good. For years to come, you have closed a door on anything that reminds you of that. That's how triggers work. Simple things can be sealed off and put away for good because of one unpleasant result. Many times you don't even question why or get curious about if or even if it was actually the way you thought it was. If you can take that trigger and ask yourself a few questions, you may find that you were wrong, irrational, or simply misinterpreted something, and you've paid the price over and over...even closing yourself off to joy or new things because the story you have told yourself became the one and only truth. Today we'll talk about mastering a negative trigger with a few simple steps.
