Bible John

In 1968 and 1969, three women in their mid-20s to early 30s were murdered in the Scottish industrial city of Glasgow. They were Patricia Docker, Jemima McDonald, and Helen Puttock. They had all gone out for a night of dancing and socializing before being murdered. The murder suspect became known as Bible John. Helen Puttock's sister Jean shared a cab with her sister and the man who would later kill Helen. She shared a description with the police along with the fact that this man quoted the Old Testament which led to the media calling the killer Bible John.
