Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is legally allowed to Expedite Deportation, deport without a trial, under 2 specific conditions according to IF11357: https://www.congress.gov/crs-product/IF11357

Due Process is accorded to all who live, work or visit in the United States. It is only under these specific premise' that illegal immigrants in these categories can be removed expeditiously. I also cover the immoral, yet legal, revocation of Haitian refugees Asylum status in the United States.

Covered as well is the irony of illegal migrants attacking soldiers and police officers of the United States while waving the flag of a country they fought so desperately to escape.
