BOMBSHELL: EPSTEIN FILES TO BE RELEASED, JUSTICE OR SMOKESCREEN?

BOMBSHELL: EPSTEIN FILES TO BE RELEASED, JUSTICE OR SMOKESCREEN?

The House Oversight Committee releases more than 20,000 documents subpoenaed from
Epstein’s estate, on the heels of a smaller release of emails implying President Trump knew
about Epstein’s abuse.

The documents include thousands of emails with high-profile contacts, financial and property records, excerpts from James Patterson’s Filthy Rich, and records of Epstein’s ‘fixers’ desperate attempts to improve his public image.

Republican congressman Thomas Massie implies Donald Trump's ordering of a fresh investigation is making a “last-ditch effort” to keep the files on the late sex offender from becoming public.

President Trump’s ‘Ghislaine Maxwell problem’ is just as serious as his ‘Epstein problem.’
Maxwell’s transfer to ‘Club Fed’ just days after assuring Deputy Attorney General Blanche
Trump did not participate in the abuse; it appears to be quite the ‘quid pro quo.’

In addition to the low-security facility’s general privileges, Maxwell is reportedly demanding VIP treatment that has the warden complaining she’s “tired of being Maxwell’s bitch.”

Maxwell reportedly receives custom meals in her cell and enjoys private exercise time and access
to service puppies. Warden Tanisha Hall has been ordered to make all requested
accommodations for Maxwell, including carrying out secretarial duties on her behalf, providing
snacks for her private meetings with guests, letting her visitors bring in computers, and
punishing staff members who refuse to cooperate.

And Attorney Alan Dershowitz joins Nancy to discuss the latest developments in the Epstein Files and share his unique insight into the case. The emeritus Harvard Law professor was accused of having sex with “Jane Doe #3”—identified in court documents as Epstein victim Virginia Roberts Giuffre. Dershowitz long maintained his innocence, and in 2022 Giuffre withdrew those accusations and admitted she may have misidentified Dershowitz. He tells Nancy why he wants "everything out there" in the Epstein case.

DEAL WITH THE DEVIL: BRYAN KOHBERGER PLEA DEAL, NO DEATH PENALTY

DEAL WITH THE DEVIL: BRYAN KOHBERGER PLEA DEAL, NO DEATH PENALTY

Bryan Kohberger has reached a plea deal in the deaths of four University of Idaho students. The families of those killed received a letter signed by Latah County Prosecutor Bill Thompson telling them a plea deal had been worked out that prevents a trial, and Kohberger will confess to ending the life of their child while saving his own. Kohberger will plead guilty to four counts of murder and one felony count of robbery; he will be sentenced to life without parole and waive his right to appeal. The judge still has to approve the plea deal. Judges have the final say on plea deals, even when the prosecution and defense agree on the terms. The Bryan Thompson letter informs the victim's family that Kohberger's defense team approached the state last week, requesting a deal. Thompson says they met with available family members, weighed the right path forward, and made a formal offer to Kohberger. The letter continues, “We cannot fathom the toll that this case has taken on your family. This resolution is our sincere attempt to seek justice for your family. This agreement ensures that the defendant will be convicted, will spend the rest of his life in prison, and will not be able to put you and the other families through the uncertainty of decades of post-conviction appeals.” After hearing that a deal has been offered to Bryan Kohberger, the family of Kaylee Goncalves went public with their disappointment over the decision. Kaylee was just 21 when she was murdered in Moscow, and her family has been one of the most outspoken since their nightmare began, and they are not happy the prosecution has decided to let Kohberger avoid the death penalty. A post on the Goncalves family Facebook page posted minutes after the deal was announced says, "We are beyond furious at the State of Idaho. They have failed us. Please give us some time. This was unexpected." Jury deliberations begin and quickly hit a snag at Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ sex trafficking trial | Crime Alert 6AM 07.01.25

A tense moment Monday in New York as a federal jury deliberates charges that could send Sean “Diddy” Combs to prison for life. Barely an hour into deliberations, the jury foreperson alerted Judge Arun Subramanian that one juror was struggling to follow instructions. In response, the judge sent a note reminding jurors to deliberate carefully and obey the law as he explained it. An Idaho judge says the quadruple murder trial of Bryan Kohberger will move forward this summer, despite defense efforts to delay it. In New Orleans, authorities have recaptured one of ten inmates who broke out of the Orleans Parish jail six weeks ago. A settlement has been reached in the lawsuit over the fatal shooting on the set of the Western film Rust.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

DIDDY VERDICT WATCH: Defense Claims Violent Attacks Just 'Homemade Porn'

DIDDY VERDICT WATCH: Defense Claims Violent Attacks Just 'Homemade Porn'

The lead attorney for Diddy's powerhouse defense team closes with mixed reviews, as the disgraced rap mogul appears focused, glancing at the juror box as jury instructions are laid out before deliberations begin. Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ lead attorney, Marc Agnifilo, mocks the sex trafficking case in closing arguments, saying the charges ‘badly exaggerated’ evidence of a swinger lifestyle and threesomes with recreational drug use. Judge Arun Subramanian admonishes Agnifilo after his heavy victim- and state-blaming sarcastic closing arguments. Agnifilo calls Combs’ prosecution a “fake trial” and ridicules the notion the rap mogul ever engaged in racketeering. Even rival rapper 50 Cent weighs in about closing arguments by Combs' powerhouse defense lead, calling out Diddy's lawyer over controversial closing arguments: "They Did Him Dirty." As soon as deliberations began, they hit a snag, as one juror apparently can’t follow the judge’s instructions, according to other jurors. Jurors sent the judge a note complaining that one juror may not be playing well with others. With that said, Diddy's jury has a lot to ponder and work through on understanding RICO laws, as another question, making it the second one, is being sent to the judge. These notes appear to signify the jurors are taking their service duty seriously.
