Birth Mother Matters in Adoption #88: Covid-19, Adoption & Masks AT BAF Adoptions are proceeding as normal in terms of how many women are coming into our agency and choosing to make an adoption plan. We are still taking all precautions: Building Arizona Families and the Donna K. Evans Foundation are taking the necessary precautions to protect the health and safety of our staff, adoptive families, birth families, and contracted professionals by implementing procedures that align with guidance issued by the Arizona Department of Child Safety (DCS) along with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
