The Power of Food and Intermittant Fasting

Learning about how to fast and of course what foods to put in your body and not to put into your body is of the utmost importance. I describe how emotions, food and fasting impact our sense of well- being. As a teacher you must learn how to take care of yourself in order to take care of your students. Learning what to eat how to eat went to eat and when not to eat can give you that sense of empowerment.
