After spending over 15 years in the Wine Industry, specializing in Italy, she left the industry in 2020 to build her start-up, NOCK Sustainable Wellness, with a mission to help organizations drive engagement through a high-impact, company-wide habit-building system that prevents burnout by infusing well-being at work. In 2015, work distress negatively impacted her health and well-being. She couldn't find a solution so she created her own and transformed her mind, body, and life. Today she uses her journey from wine to wellness to writing to give leaders and teams the courage they need to make bold moves so they can achieve extraordinary levels of personal and professional success and satisfaction. Cynthia is a wine writer, a judge at international wine and sake competitions, she consults with restaurants and enotecas developing comprehensive wine lists and food pairings, and she advises clients who want to curate an Italian wine collection. She currently works for Vinitaly International in Verona as a Project Manager, Educator, and the host of VOICES Series on The Italian Wine Podcast, focusing on diversity and inclusion in the global wine industry.
