Should you be mindful of mindfulness

The global wellness industry is worth more than four trillion dollars. It includes mindfulness, a type of meditation where you focus on being intensely aware of what you're sensing and feeling in the moment.

Associate Professor Nicholas T. Van Dam from the School of Psychological Sciences at the University of Melbourne has been studying the metrics and says the number of apps has skyrocketed since the pandemic.
