Have you ever felt like you're stuck in a rut, unable to move forward in life? Maybe you've experienced trauma or hardship that's left you feeling paralyzed. In today's episode, we're diving deep into overcoming paralysis and finding peace after trauma with our special guest, Charis Santillie, a Fulfillment & Life Transition Coach and host of the Charis Your Life podcast.

Even in our daily lives, there are often things that can leave us feeling stuck and paralyzed, whether we realize it or not. After experiencing tragedy, many people turn to various forms of addiction as a coping mechanism.

Charis opens up about how she became a workaholic as a way to avoid confronting her trauma, finding solace in the illusion of control. The toll of trauma and stress eventually led to a physical breakdown for Charis, highlighting the importance of addressing underlying issues.

Through the guidance of a life coach, Charis was able to find peace and healing, eventually becoming a life coach herself.

Join our conversation as Charis shares her personal journey of overcoming trauma and finding peace. Remember, it's okay to seek support and guidance on your journey toward healing and fulfillment.
