welcome back :) this was a fun episode with lots going on. the first 40 minutes is once again over video call with the boys as they are in Europe preparing to race at World Indoors this weekend. we preview that as well as covering some of the action from NCAA Indoors this past weekend. be sure to wish them luck! the rest of the show is with Adam Fogg & Isaac Basten - a couple of runners that are having great success in the competitive NCAA. they both competed at NCAA Indoors so we give a rundown of this as well as their indoor seasons in general & then finish off the episode with some more general "YouTube" talk.
