Ep 437: Throwback To Ep81: You Cannot Outperform Yourself

Ep 437: Throwback To Ep81: You Cannot Outperform Yourself

Start Your Transformation Now How often have you set goals or wanted something badly only to find that you fail over and over in achieving it? If you can say yes to the line above, you’re not alone, this is the pattern for most people and the cause is simple, people are setting goals for things that are not in their self-image. People are trying to perform at levels that are outside their self-image and subconscious identity. Many years ago I remember hearing the motivational speaker Les Brown said, “You cannot operate outside of the context of the vision you have for yourself.” Which basically means, you cannot be, do or have what you are not. In this episode I talk about:[1:24] What your self-image is and how it was created[2:21] The cycle of self-identity reinforcement[5:57] The illusion of self-image[15:53] Why you’ll never live up to your full potential[27:22] How to reverse engineer your life from the inside out[31:01] And, How nothing in your life will change until you change There’s an old Tibetan saying, “What you are on the inside is what you are on the outside.” If you want more in your life you must BE more in life. There is absolutely no escape from this concept. You must first be it in your mind before you can have it in your life. Listen, apply, and enjoy! Transformational Takeaway You can’t achieve what’s outside your self-image. Discover how your subconscious identity limits your performance and learn how to reverse-engineer your life for success. Remember, you must first be it in your mind before you can have it in your life. Let’s Connect: Instagram | Facebook | YouTube | LinkedIn LIKED THE EPISODE? Ep 361: Throwback to Episode 2: Who Are You and What Is Your Identity

Ep 361: Throwback to Episode 2: Who Are You and What Is Your Identity

Start Your Transformation Now In this episode we look at your identity and why you do what you do. You’ll learn that it doesn’t matter what you think you want and it doesn’t matter what you do because you only create in life what you are. Your identity is created from experiences in your life, then you create an interpretation from those experiences and then you tell yourself a story about it for the rest of your life. So, in order to change your identity, you must first ask “What would be the identity of someone who already has what I want?” Look for someone who already has what you want. Listen to the entire episode to learn about changing your identity! In this episode I discuss: How your identity is formed when you’re a small child How you have created an identity loop and it’s keeping you stuck How to determine what identity you have (hint look at your environment) Discovering your internal barometer What identity do you want? How do you get it? Let's Connect:  Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn  LIKED THE EPISODE? If you're the kind of person who likes to help others, then share this with your friends and family. Ep 359: Throwback to Episode 17: How to Transform Every Area of Your Life While You're Sleeping

Ep 359: Throwback to Episode 17: How to Transform Every Area of Your Life While You're Sleeping

Start Your Transformation Now Are you more awake right this moment, or are you more awake when you’re “sleeping?” If you’re like most people you’re going to say you’re more awake right now, and that’s just not true. When you’re sleeping, you’re pure unfettered consciousness. Meaning, you are not trapped by the belief systems that you have learned to condition yourself to believe over the years. You can literally transform your life when you learn to use “dreamtime,” to heal, attract, evolve, access higher wisdom, and to guide your life. Truth be told, and this is hard for many to understand, being awake, like now as you’re reading this, and dreamtime are the same. It’s just a matter of advanced and higher awareness to understand this. In this episode we dive into: Everyone dreams even though many don’t remember Many great achievers used “dreamtime” to discover their inventions and innovations. How you problem solve in dreamtime. What you have to do to heal yourself in dreamtime. Simple ways to decipher dreams At the end of this episode, you will come to realize that dreamtime is going to be the most valuable part of your day because you can use it to create anything that you want. And of every episode I have created or will ever create, when you learn to “work and use’ dreamtime, you’ll truly be living from your highest potential as a being. Ep 358: Conversations with a Sorcerer: The end goal of life and your purpose

Ep 358: Conversations with a Sorcerer: The end goal of life and your purpose

Start Your Transformation Now In this episode of Conversations with a Sorcerer, I dive into profound insights on the true purpose of life, inspired by my dialogue with Don Xavier. Over the years, so many people have asked me, “What is my purpose?” In this episode, I unpack the deeper meaning of life beyond careers and material pursuits, focusing on growth, evolution, and spiritual exchange.  Don Javier shared that our purpose isn’t tied to our vocations but lies in gaining seniority, energy, and deeper knowing. Using vivid metaphors like the “hard drive of life” and exploring the concept of energy exchange, I share transformative perspectives on evolving beyond the ego and contributing to the collective soul's journey.  I want you to think about this: life isn’t a gift—it’s a loan. In this episode, I’ll help you uncover how you can leave this life with more than you came with. Let’s explore your soul’s purpose and embrace transformation together.    What You’ll Discover in This Episode:  What is Seniority? (02:23): Understanding seniority as the growth of personal power and knowing in your soul's journey.  The Hard Drive of Life (06:23): A metaphor for the knowledge and energy you bring into each incarnation.  Energy Exchange and Abundance (15:35): How the principle of giving and receiving enriches our lives and fulfills our purpose.  The Misconception of Purpose (22:42): Why your job or career is not your true purpose and how to discover the real meaning.  Life as a Loan, Not a Gift (30:11): How to repay life with “interest” through growth, service, and contribution.  Listen, apply, and enjoy!  Transformational Takeaway: Life is a loan, not a gift. The purpose of your existence is to leave with more than you arrived—more energy, knowing, and spiritual growth. By focusing on selfless exchange and the evolution of your soul, you transform not just your life but the collective consciousness. Ep 357: Throwback to Episode 1: Transforming Your Life From The Inside Out

Ep 357: Throwback to Episode 1: Transforming Your Life From The Inside Out

Start Your Transformation Now In this episode you'll discover why you’ve worked really hard, put in all the effort, the hours, the blood sweat and tears and you’re still not getting the results you want. If you’re like most people you are working backwards—working from the “have do be” model. If I had the money then I could hire someone and grow my business. This is a broken model! The model that you want to start working from is what I call “be do have” model. “Who or how do I have to be to do the things that I choose to do to have the success that I want?” In this episode I discuss: Are you working from an identity that sabotages you? How perfectionism didn’t stop me from getting this podcast out How most people are working backwards The “be do have” model (if you’re not using this, you’re sabotaging yourself!) Why people are setting goals in the wrong way The reason you haven’t created what you want to create in life Who are you really? Where were you before you landed on this planet? Ep 355: Throwback to Episode 53: How Your Brain Sabotages Your Goals

Ep 355: Throwback to Episode 53: How Your Brain Sabotages Your Goals

Start Your Transformation Now How many times have you set goals for yourself only to find that you’re right back into your old patterns and you never achieve what you think that you want? If you’re like most people, that is your exact pattern: Wanting a goal but not achieving it because you can’t shake loose of your old patterns and habits. In the first sentence I said, “What you think that you want.” What you think that you want is not what you get because you get your habits and they don’t come from the “thinking” part of your brain. In this episode I talk about: [2:44] The three largest parts of your brain and how they function [10:38] How your reptilian brain sabotages your goals [12:19] Why your reptilian brain operates from survival and predictability [13:09] Why what you think you want is usually not what you get [15:09] And how to dissociate from the reptilian brain habits I have created episodes on habits but this one dives deeper into the exact way the reptilian brain sabotages your goals and what you think that you want. Transformational Takeaway Your goals come from your prefrontal cortex “thinking” brain and your habits come from your reptilian brain. They battle each other and you have to disassociate from your reptilian brain habits. Let's Connect:  Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn  LIKED THE EPISODE?
