He talks about his life in Chianti, his pursuit of studying enology, and how he is helping his family’s winery. Wine had an important symbolic and cultural value for the Greeks, and was at the heart of Dionysian mysticism. During this masterclass, Professor Attilio Scienza will explore these topics and their legacy.
