Post pregnancy health seems like an after thought for most women, when their main focus has been growing and nurturing another human. Women's health falls low on the priority list when you have others depending on you. But how can we be the best versions of ourselves when we ignore our health and well-being. In Episode 11 we talk about that dreaded term 'BMI' once again, weight loss and how gestational diabetes can impact life and health post baby.
