Trade Alert: The New Jersey Devils Received Ryan Graves From The Colorado Avalanche in Exchange For Mikhail Maltsev; Will The Devils Expose PK Subban?

The New Jersey Devils have traded Mikhail Maltsev and a 2021 2nd round draft pick in exchange for Ryan Graves. Graves is a young LHD with a lot upside. This trade will also help the Devils in the expansion draft, since they can now expose Subban without the fear of being $25 million away from the cap floor. Graves can help out in the penalty kill and he also provides a big body frame for our defensive unit. Hopefully he can fit in well with Lindy Ruff's system.
