In this episode, Monty Waldin speaks to Luca De Ferrari, whose family owns the Poderi Boscarelli winery in the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano area of Tuscany. Luca talks to Monty about the vineyard soils of his area and how they affect the way Vino Nobile tastes. Luca presents their single-vineyard wine “Nocio,” named after a big walnut tree located on vineyard grounds.
