Elyse’s employment includes management positions at Uchi Restaurants and Houston Restaurants, both well known for customer relations. Like so many other Camerata staff members, she knows her way around a professional kitchen as well. Not only does Elyse curate the wine program at Camerata, she also manages the food menu!
