The New York Islanders Got Some Serious But Encouraging News About Defenseman Mike Reilly's Condition

The New York Islanders updated the media and fans about the condition of defenseman Mike Reilly. The veteran blueliner will be out indefinitely after doctors discovered a pre-existing heart condition. Reilly will undergo surgery today and should be able to resume a normal life and his hockey career, but it will take a while until he is ready to return.
