#153 - Sleep Meditation - Accepting Sleep

#153 - Sleep Meditation - Accepting Sleep

Fall deeply asleep with a guided mindfulness meditation on acceptance of the present moment.

Acceptance is an active process of recognizing that things are as they are. It can be hard sometimes to accept the way things are, but it gives us a good place to start bringing awareness to the present moment. It can give us access to our innate wisdom and open up new ways of being that can be healing or transformative.

You can find more sleep meditations and over 150 quiet bedtime stories at https://www.listentosleep.com.

If you like the sound of the creek in the background while I read or you'd like a longer audio file to put you to sleep, I've made an extended version of Episode 3. It has just the story, no introduction, with creek sounds underneath. When the story ends, the creek sounds continue to the end.
