S1.E4- Panel Discussion: What is Yoga Teacher Training REALLY like?

Jessica is joined by two yoga teachers and Atman Yoga School graduates (who have never met!), Kristine Iversen and Astrid Salthaug, to discuss what yoga teacher training is all about. The women discuss how to choose the right program for you, what the first day nerves are like, how community is what it is all about, and how teacher training is a radically transformative experience. They also discuss fear, how to know when you are ‘ready’ to become a teacher, and the common ground all three women share- how none of them ever thought they would actually teach yoga.
