Mega Edition: Epstein, Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos And The Billionaires Dinner They Want To Forget (9/20/25)

Elon Musk has been loudly criticizing the DOJ and FBI over their handling of the Jeffrey Epstein investigation, calling out what he sees as a disgraceful failure to hold powerful figures accountable. He presents himself as an outsider raging against the elite, demanding justice and transparency from the very institutions he claims are protecting predators. But there's a glaring contradiction that undercuts this entire performance: Musk himself once sat down at the same table as Jeffrey Epstein. At a private billionaire’s dinner, years after Epstein’s 2008 conviction was public knowledge, Musk broke bread with a man already known to be a convicted sex offender—making his current outrage feel more like calculated damage control than genuine moral concern.

The hypocrisy is almost unbearable. You don’t get to dine with a monster, stay silent for over a decade, and then pretend to be the loudest voice in the room demanding accountability. Musk’s selective outrage reeks of self-preservation, not justice. He wasn’t just in the same room—he was a participant in the same closed-door culture of wealth, access, and impunity that allowed Epstein to thrive. And now, as public pressure mounts, he wants to rewrite the past, cast himself as a truth-teller, and hope no one remembers where he was when it mattered. But history has receipts—and the dinner napkin still has his name on it.

Elon Musk isn’t the only one feigning moral outrage about Jeffrey Epstein while conveniently forgetting the dinner table they once shared. In 2011, at a private billionaires’ dinner during a TED conference, Musk, Jeff Bezos, Sergey Brin, and other tech titans sat shoulder to shoulder with Epstein—a man already convicted of soliciting sex from a minor. These weren’t ignorant bystanders. Epstein’s name was radioactive by then, his crimes well documented. Yet these men, who now pretend to be disgusted by the cover-up, saw no issue sharing wine and strategy with him over filet mignon and handshakes. It was a who’s who of unchecked power pretending Epstein was just another quirky financier with connections.

Fast-forward to now, and the same billionaires want to position themselves as the public’s moral compass—demanding justice, accountability, and answers from the government while playing dumb about their own proximity to the rot. Musk rails against the DOJ, Bezos hides behind silence, and the rest of them act like their invitations got lost in the mail. But this wasn’t some accident. They sat there. They talked. They mingled. And they helped normalize a predator. These men didn’t just witness the corruption—they were part of the network that allowed it to keep operating in plain sight. Now they want to shout from the rooftops as if they weren’t once whispering in the same room. That’s not courage. That’s cleanup.

Mega Edition: Prince Andrew And "Explosive" Way He Spent His Vacation (10/6/25)

Lady Victoria Hervey, a former friend of Prince Andrew, has repeatedly claimed that the now-famous photograph showing Prince Andrew with Virginia Giuffre at Ghislaine Maxwell’s London home is doctored. She has alleged in interviews and on social media that the image is “fake,” suggesting Andrew’s head was photoshopped onto someone else’s body or that it was otherwise digitally altered to create a false impression. Hervey even visited the location where the picture was allegedly taken to argue that certain features didn’t match the photo. These assertions echo Prince Andrew’s own denials about the photo’s authenticity and have become part of the broader dispute over evidence linking him to Epstein’s network. In her book The Palace Papers, journalist Tina Brown alleges that Prince Andrew’s behavior during a 1993 visit to Sunnylands — the lavish Palm Springs estate of philanthropists Walter and Lee Annenberg — shocked his hosts. According to Brown’s account, Andrew arrived as part of a formal delegation but quickly separated himself from the group, retreating to his private suite where he allegedly spent two full days watching pornography on cable television. Lee Annenberg was said to be horrified by what she described as the prince’s juvenile and inappropriate behavior, an episode that reportedly became a point of embarrassment among those who managed his U.S. visits at the time.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-moscow-murders-and-more--5852883/support.

The Digital Evidence Against Alex Murdaugh Compared To The Kohberger Digital Evidence

The Digital Evidence Against Alex Murdaugh Compared To The Kohberger Digital Evidence

Alex Murdaugh was sunk by a totality of the evidence against him, but some of the most damning evidence that was presented was the digital evidence that was collected by the investigators and then rebuilt into a timeline showing exactly where Murdaugh was during the time of the murder. When added with the other evidence, such as the video where his voice was heard in the background, it led to a conviction. In Idaho there is a very similar thing taking place behind the scenes as the investigators there have filed over sixty digital warrants already and more expected to come. When you look at the evidence that they had against Alex Murdaugh and you compare it with the evidence collected against Bryan Kohberger, there are many similarities with how the investigations have unfolded. In this episode we take a look at those investigations and see where they are similar and what that might mean for Bryan Kohberger at his trial. Ding Dong The Witches Appeal Is Dead: Ghislaine Maxwell's Appeal Is Denied By The Supreme Court (10/6/25)

The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to hear Ghislaine Maxwell’s final appeal, effectively ending her legal battle to overturn her 2021 conviction for sex trafficking minors alongside Jeffrey Epstein. Maxwell’s attorneys had argued that a 2007 non-prosecution agreement between Epstein and federal prosecutors in Florida should have shielded her from prosecution in New York, claiming she was unfairly targeted after Epstein’s death. The justices, however, refused to take up the case, leaving intact the lower court rulings that upheld her 20-year sentence and dismissed her arguments as meritless.Following the rejection, Maxwell remains imprisoned at the Federal Prison Camp in Bryan, Texas, a low-security facility where she was transferred after previously being housed at FCI Tallahassee. Her only remaining avenue of relief now lies outside the judicial system—through executive clemency, such as a presidential pardon—though such outcomes are exceedingly rare.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-moscow-murders-and-more--5852883/support.

The Diddy Trial: Diddy And His Legal Team Move Swiftly To Appeal His Sentencing (10/6/25)

The Diddy Trial: Diddy And His Legal Team Move Swiftly To Appeal His Sentencing (10/6/25)

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legal team has filed notice of appeal following his conviction on two federal counts of transporting individuals for prostitution under the Mann Act. His attorneys argue that the verdict was inconsistent with the sentencing, claiming the judge improperly considered conduct the jury had rejected — particularly allegations of coercion — to impose a harsher penalty. The defense contends this violated Diddy’s constitutional right to a fair trial and effectively turned the judge into a “13th juror,” overriding the jury’s findings. They are seeking either a full reversal of the conviction or a new trial. The appeal will also challenge several procedural rulings from the eight-week trial, including evidentiary decisions and jury instructions the defense claims were prejudicial. Diddy was sentenced to 50 months in federal prison and fined $500,000 — far less than the 11 years prosecutors had sought, but still viewed by his team as excessive given the acquittals on other charges. The appellate process will now move to the Second Circuit, where his attorneys plan to argue that the sentencing exceeded the lawful scope of the jury’s verdict and that key testimony was improperly admitted.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-moscow-murders-and-more--5852883/support.
