Ghislaine Maxwell And The Lawsuit She Tried To Slip In Against The Epstein Estate

After Jeffrey Epstein’s death in 2019, Ghislaine Maxwell filed a lawsuit against his estate claiming that she was owed reimbursement for legal fees, security costs, and personal protection expenses she allegedly incurred as a result of her long association with him. Filed in the Virgin Islands, the suit portrayed Maxwell as a scapegoat left to fend for herself financially and legally after Epstein’s demise, asserting that he had promised to cover her defense and related expenses stemming from their partnership.
