The title of today's episode may surprise you, I am usually a huge advocate of "Self Help" and finding strategies to improve ourselves but not at the expense of our self worth. Today I aim to convince you that you are not broken, you are not a problem to be "fixed" or cured. Self help, manifestation and ADHD support strategies are there to ENHANCE our lives, not give us more rules, restrictions and guilt.
