The ADHD is strong for me today, I've been on a winning following all of my habits for a while now but today the inevitable "crash and burn for no reason" has arrived 😮💨 so let's talk about it....The world won't stop turning, my ADHD isn't going away ever and there's no magical potion I can drink to snap back into my "good" routines and habits.
