From bike tours through Africa to racing sailboats in Alaska, the couple is a dynamic duo of adventurous spirit. Over the winter of 2013/2014, that spirit culminated in a 48-day ski expedition to the South Pole. Upon completion, they became the first American married couple (and second married couple in history) to complete a full unsupported, unguided, unassisted ski from the Antarctic coast to the South Pole.
