Well, the 1970s were a crazy time, and a swinging fellow by the name of Malcolm Bricklin decided he should build a sports car. Made of plastic. With gull wings. Built in New Brunswick. And it should come with a gold jumpsuit. Like Icarus, he tried to touch the sky, but when he flew to close to the sun, the body panels on the Bricklin SV-1 melted.
