Life Advice for High School and College Students Part Two

This is part two of a special four-part interview series aimed at High School and College Students – but the information is relevant for everyone. Darsh Pant interviewed me for his ‘In Conversation’ series. In this session, meditation, thoughts, emotions and daily reflection practices are discussed.
