House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, a Democrat from New York, says Republicans lied to the voters about trying to drive down "the high cost of living." Jeffries also says millions of Americans will see their healthcare costs go up because the GOP is not going to extend the Obamacare tax credits. He speaks to Bloomberg's Joe Mathieu.
