FROM TRAUMA BAYS TO BATTLEFIELDS: TRAINING PROVIDERS FOR AUSTERE ENVIRONMENTS │ EP68

Mike also discusses building resilience through high-stress simulations, developing adaptive leadership skills, and fostering mission readiness for both seasoned CRNAs and students.
