One remarkable thing about Sophie is that she dislikes the word “issue”; for her, it’s always about “solutions” and exploring possibilities. She believes that a crucial quality that every leader needs to have is modesty, and she emphasizes that great achievements are never accomplished alone – it’s always about teamwork. Currently, she is taking Dutch classes at a renowned institution and believes in the importance of taking a pause and dedicating time to bring out one's best self.
