Pruning Is NOT Punishment…

In this episode I share from John 15:1-17

Jesus is telling his disciples that HE is the vine and we are the branches.

God is the gardener that CUTS & PRUNES areas of our lives to GROW and produce GREATER FRUIT in our lives.

Cutting is hard, but what can feel harder is when God prunes the GOOD things in our lives.

Just like roses that get pruned to produce more roses the next season…we can go through this.

This morning God gave me a different perspective to have in my pruning.

It’s not punishment it’s PREPARATION for GREATER fruit in my life HE desires for me!

The KEY to this is REMAINING rooted in Jesus.
