An Ohio judge rules an Amish mother not guilty by reason of insanity after she drowned her four-year-old son and endangered the lives of her other children in a lake.

Alabama plans to execute a seventy-five-year-old man in a wheelchair next week for a murder he did not commit—and one of the jurors who helped sentence him to death now says she wishes she could take that vote back.
