He could quietly fix her mistakes himself, but instead he tries to help her learn by pointing out what she missed. She responds by talking trash behind his back, then starts claiming he’s “harassing” her, and the drama spreads through the office. Later, she makes a small error that turns into a big client problem, and he follows standard protocol by emailing her supervisor instead of covering for her. The issue reaches the client, the boss has to step in, and when the blame lands where it belongs, she gets fired. So what do you think.
