Celebrating Our Son's First Birthday… How Did It Go So Wrong?

This week we're running on VERY little sleep and a lot of coffee lol. Ryan opens up about the sleep anxiety he's been dealing with while Lincoln has been waking through the night, although he's not fully awake, but clearly distressed. We think he might be experiencing night terrors, and we're trying to figure out what’s normal, what’s not, and how on earth parents cope with the exhaustion that comes with it. On a much more magical note, we talk about our trip to Disneyland Paris to experience the brand new World of Frozen before finally sharing Lincoln’s first birthday, which was meant to be a beautiful milestone… but very nearly turned into the world’s biggest birthday disaster. Sleep deprivation, Disney magic, and a first birthday we won’t forget anytime soon.
