He filed a written not-guilty plea, posted $600,000 bond, and returned to Arkansas under no-contact orders extending to his own children. His wife Kendra faces separate misdemeanor charges — second-degree endangering the welfare of a minor and second-degree false imprisonment — after a home investigation reportedly discovered exterior locks on children's bedroom doors. The expected sentence is life without parole. The plea has not been formally entered and must be accepted by the presiding judge.
