Zanele Njapha knew she wanted to be a teacher at the age of 5 and after school pursued her dream. In 2019, Zanele became the first-ever winner of The Speaker Factor. This launched her career as a professional speaker.

As an “unlearning” expert, Zanele believes that your future skills are really children’s skills, for example, inquisitiveness and honesty and that if you are a trainer or a professional speaker you are on some level also a teacher. Listen in as Zanele breaks it down for you.
