I've received some requests to hear more about my personal experience in discovering and being diagnosed with ADHD aged 34. I've mentioned it here and there but been reluctant to go into everything because I wanted the ADHDFest Podcast to be about all of us, rather than just myself. However, after listening to a recent podcast by Mel Robbins about her personal experience, I realised, a personal story IS everyone's story, we all find a small part of ourselves in someone else and I found her story helpful and validating. So this episode, is mine.
