Some days I just can't seem to get out of my own way!

How about you? All of your good intentions go down the drain because you can't find something or you've forgotten to prep or are running inexplicably late despite being ready hours ago?!!

The aim of this podcast has always been to provide a real, relatable and accepting view of ADHD in real scenarios, whilst also providing ideas for finding your unique flow, growth and North Star ⭐️

So today was a tough one (ADHD wise) and I hope sharing the story here and the eventual resolution will both give you a laugh eg "I do that too!" and give you perspective on how to make the most out of those days that are just a little harder.
