bh168: a big discussion on dynamics

We take time out to follow up on a discussion we'd started in Miami. For some context, in Florida Mrs H missed out on the opportunity to play with some ladies/one particular lady. This, linked in with some observed changes to our approach, has prompted some discussion about separate play.
