Ambi Kavanagh is the founder of Alchemy with Ambi, where she does a number of things in service of creating positive change in people’s lives. We talk about a number of things including motherhood, work-life balance, energy work, spirituality, astrology, and so much more. She’s the perfect person to have these conversations with because over the last decade she’s studied with spiritual teachers and visited holy sites across the world, undertaking training and taking certifications which have resulted in her becoming a life coach, reiki master, astrologer, and sound healer. Energy plays such a key role in healing our bodies, and Ambi’s going to key us into how it works in our body and she even gives us some insight into what we can expect heading into the new year.
