Dr. Mike Belkowski is my guest today. He’s a physical therapist by trade and is passionate about providing his patients with the most effective treatment techniques – most notably, he’s a big proponent of red light therapy, launching BioLight in 2019.

We get into the teeny tiny detail in this one – down to the cellular level! Dr. Belkowski teaches us that our mitochondria react differently to different hues of light and that they’re in every single cell, producing 95% of the energy in our bodies.
