What Drives Your Health | IBS, SIBO & How To Poop More Frequently & Effectively

This is our What Drives Your Health episode, because the physical body of you is the vehicle for everything you drive towards! If it’s compromised, so are all your efforts. Here we’re looking at IBS, SIBO & How To Poop More Frequently & Effectively. I’d say that is not a sexy topic, but being bloated, gassy and constipated is definitely not sexy and we want to help. IBS, irritable bowel syndrome, affects nearly everyone to some degree, even those living a very clean, healthy and active lifestyle. Diarrhea, constipation, gas, bloating, abdominal aches and pains and general discomfort down there should not be “normal” and there is hope to address it. I’ve had my own bouts with these issues, so I really feel your pain. When you do a search in Google and type in, “How often should you…” the number one search is “wash your hair”, number two is “poop”. You are not alone. In this episode Dr Randy James, Medical Doctor and Functional Medicine expert, and I talk candidly about IBS, SIBO, poop and more. Quick note…hearing all the incredible messages on the What Drives You podcast is powerful.
