On November 27, 2023 , Judge Frances Gull and Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita both filed response briefs with the Indiana Supreme Court. Richard Allen's former defense team hope that the Court will return them to the case, that it will remove Judge Gull from the face and that it will set a speedy trial date.
