On this episode I talk with Benjamin. Benjamin lives in Perth, Australia and he is a suicide survivor. Benjamin has lived with depression, anxiety and suicidal ideation since he was eight years old. In his words: things don't just 'get better'. There is no linear line to improvement. You will struggle, crawl, but those fleeting moments of humanity are what make it worth it, every time. He is studying Secondary teaching, and wants to improve the lives of others in similar positions.
