The Thai PM Prayut Chan-o-cha is calling on all 77 provincial governments to do everything they can to reduce the spread of the latest Covid surge in Thailand. Phuket is offering itself as the first province to declare the spread of Covid-19 as an endemic. Thai International Airways also plans to have direct flights between Bangkok and Riyadh in May.
