NYPD Arrest Man With Tools Of Mayhem In Vehicle

The New York Police Department said they arrested a 27-year-old man early Wednesday morning with a cache of weapons. According to the NYPD Chief of Department, officers searched his SUV and found a gun, large amount of ammunition, handcuffs, multiple knives, two axes and other items.
