Ashani Dante and Fi Sanford are the Founder and CEO of The Flourish Journey, an organisation committed to supporting teenage girls to become empowered, resilient and connected adults. They help young girls to cultivate their own self-awareness and self-confidence, but this doesn’t mean that Ashani & Fi feel confident at all times. In this episode Ashani & Fi share their own self-confidence journeys and how self-doubt can still creep in to their lives. They discuss what self-confidence looks and feels like, tools to cultivate your own self-confidence, self-confidence at different life stages, and why women have resilience built in.
