man were we spoilt with these absolutely amazing guests. let us know what you think, but in our eyes this is the funniest episode so far.

Ryan and Louis have both run at very high levels in their lives, however they don't anymore. we spend a lot of time discussing their changing relationships with the sport, as it went from their #1 priority to more of a backseat role. we also talk about Shelby's GoFundMe (how could we not) as we fill the boys in on this situation. we then go onto play a new exciting game called the #GoodForTheSport game, I won't spoilt how it works here! we finish off with some great Q&A, discussing ultramarathons and favourite/least favourite workouts.

Ollie and George head to Boston to race in an indoor 5km this week, so wish them luck!
